Year 14 of Holiday Hoopla is quickly approaching and we cannot wait to welcome Santa to the Cedar Falls Downtown District. Holiday Hoopla returns to the River Place Plaza for kickoff, as well as Santa's arrival and the magical march towards the fireworks being lit over the Cedar River. You will find characters, merchandise, the Hoopla band, the Mayor of Hoopla and a new side kick. We are sooo excited to see you for year 14 of Holiday Hoopla!
